Certainly not me since I've been caught doing it in the past :-)

As long as new serie for release n+1 is opened as soon as a new
release n is made, we can use them when marking bugs fix
released.

What remains to be done is explain to the users what it means.

In that regard, doing as bzr core should lower the number of
explanations :)
