Until a new release is made, the only possible fix is to:
cd ~/.bazaar
mkdir -p plugins
bzr branch lp:bzr-gtk plugins/gtk
** Project changed: bzr => bzr-gtk
** Changed in: bzr-gtk
Status: New => Confirmed
