We can't do 'make mac-installers' ATM, mainly because building the OS
X installer is a manual process.
I automated most of the 'building' process, fetch depedencies, patch
them and build the mpkg for each one, and also the DMG packaging, but
not the build/assembly of installer itself.
It might be automated for the 10.5 installer as the installer
description is a bunch of xml files, but I didn't found a way to do
that for the 10.4 installer which is a binary format :(
