Web site needs to be updated to point to SVN instead of CVS

The sidebar on http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c/ pages includes a "CVS
Repository" item. This needs to be updated to reflect the move from CVS to SVN.
I think three changes are needed:
- The image should be updated to read "SVN Repository" or perhaps something
more generic ("Project Repository"?).
- The alt text on the img element should be updated to match.
- The enclosing anchor's href should be changed from
"http://xml.apache.org/websrc/cvsweb.cgi/xml-xerces/c/"; to
"http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xerces/c/";.
The affected image is named "side-ext-100" in the HTML as of today.
