I downloaded Xerces C trunk, and wanted to find how to install it.
file INSTALL and file README in /xerces/c/trunk ask me to:
"See doc/html/index.html for installation instructions and other
relevant documentation."
but doc/html does not contain a index.html or anything else that look like
installation options.
