Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I would suggest you build the client from latest code in SVN, then ensure that
you have
C:\Axis\axis-c-1.6-Win32-bin\bin\AxisXMLParserXerces.dll.
If problem reoccurs, give more specific information regarding your
environment....i.e. XML parser being used, AXISCPP config file, etc.....
