Resolution: Duplicate
Closing as Duplicate of AXIS2C-1281:
- Users needing to disable SSL verification should build with
--enable-libcurl
- The libcurl transport provides full control over SSL verification
options
- The native SSL transport was never updated with this feature, but is
secondary to the more feature-rich libcurl transport
