Robert Lazarski resolved AXIS2C-1639.

Resolution: Won't Fix
Current State
The codebase has some macOS support:
- HOST_OS_DARWIN conditional in configure.ac
- __APPLE__ checks in uuid_gen_unix.c
- Darwin-specific handling in util/configure.ac
However, the patches from 2013 were never applied.
Issues:
1. Obsolete OS version - Mountain Lion (10.8) reached end of life in
2015
2. Patches are 12 years old - May not apply cleanly to current
codebase
3. macOS has changed significantly - Modern macOS (Sonoma/Sequoia) is
very different from Mountain Lion
4. No recent activity - Last update was 2019, no confirmation of
current status
