In the current 3.0-unstable branch it compiles (even if I didn't test it), so you can try integrating this version (from https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xerces/c/branches/jberry/3.0-unstable/src/x ercesc/util/NetAccessors/WinSock/BinHTTPURLInputStream.cpp) and let us know.
