This is a small xerces-c.spec patch which resolve this proble.
Added missing %{prefix}/lib/libxerces-depdom.so* to files section.
Also added rm -f $RPM_BUILD_ROOT before install because multiple
install failed due to existing libraries in RPM_BUILD_ROOT
