great work! Some obstacles I have found:
- there is an unfinished sentence at xerces-c-new/releases_plan.html:
The following table lists the potential TODO items for Xerces-C++ 3.0. It
does not include fixing bugs that are opened in Jira; unless such Jira
bug involves a major development effort and requires an architectural
redesign, or is an enhancement suggestion,
- wrong target link http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c/download.cgi below
'Download' in the navi. (I found out that
http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c-new/download.cgi exists, but it is not
linked to the Download button. So once you enter the download section,
you won't come back to the new pages.)
