I wanted to download the binaries of 2.7.
i tried doing so from the site:
http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c/download.cgi
but it appears that there are some problems with the zip file
:xerces-c_2_7_0-windows_2000-msvc_60.zip

i cannot unzip this as i get the error that the archive may not be a
valid one
Can you please give me the URL of the binaries?
