Error in DOMPrint on ZOS machine using IBM XML Toolkit V1.6 :

DOMPrint Gives following Error "Fatal Error at file , line 0, char 0 Message:
An exception occurred! Type:RuntimeException, Message:The primary document
entity could not be opened. Id=". We are using IBM XML Toolkit V1.6.
I was able to run Same DOMPrint program and other executable created out of CPP
program some time before. Recently we have upgraded the ZOS machine to V 1.7.
Current configuartion of the machine as follows
OS/390 TCSMVSY 17.00 03 2064 ( this seems to be 64 bit machine ).
Needs urgent help on this. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
Any issues because of upgradation ? OR DO I need to install new XML toolkit
version for ZOS 1.7 machine.
