Resolution: Won't Fix
Please don't ask questions by creating a bug report. Instead, please
subscribe to the Xerces-C User mailing list and post your questions there.
If you use the latest version of Xerces-C, you should not have any problems
building it with newer versions of GCC. Xerces-C 2.3 is quite old, and it is
unlikely it will ever be patched.
