Currently configure.ac uses xercesc, while the RPMs have always used xerces-c. For upgrade reasons, I would prefer that it stick with one convention. I have to account for it either way in the spec file because make dist uses the configure pkgname for the folder it packs into the tarball.
If I change it to xerces-c, the spec file doesn't need to hardcode anything to deal with the difference in names.
