To build Xerces-C++ with ICU:
Xerces: xerces-c-src_2_5_0
ICU: icu4c-4_0-Win32-msvc8
I followed the steps as given from the link
http://xerces.apache.org/xerces-c/build-misc.html#ICUPerl
To build the file I used ICU transcoding service with Microsoft Visual
C++ Express Edition
But I have never seen any files under my target folder
"build_Xerces-ICU/bin" ........? What might be the reason... During the
build I have never find any error...
