Not sure if this is the right list for this - if not, could a kind
individual direct me to where such things should be raised..
When installing the beta 2 over an existing 2.8, old headers were not
removed. This led to various C++ mismatches, as the original code was
still using references to several old headers.
The offending file (I think) was (the old) DOMWriterFilter.hpp
expecting a short instead of a FilterAction.
