3.0.1 builds fine, but the offending files are no longer present. It looks like
MacOSPlatformUtils.cpp can be fixed quickly by copying code from 3.0.1's
PlatformUtils.cpp. Haven't figured out what to do about MacCarbonFile.cpp just
yet.
