When building Xerces 3.0.1 I noticed that using "native" encoding is no longer an option. Was it removed from Xerces 3.0.1?
Do I need to download and install ICU if I chose that option or is it part of the Xerces 3.x distribution? All of the sample test programs (ran with "gmake check") ran fine after building with the ICU option and not doing anything extra to build or install ICU. Do the samples need ICU?
