I have the following code snippet when creating XML
document:
XMLString::transcode("http://www.aeroflex.com";, ns, 256);
m_domDoc = impl->createDocument(ns, buffer, pDocType);
The output I have is here:

Notice how the first <TS xmlns> has the namespace encoded
but not the rest of the xmlns in the document? It's ok if no namespace
is written in all the attributes but having 'xmlns=""' is not desirable.
How do I remove "xmlns" from the rest of the node attributes?
