That's truly wonderful, and yet delightfully useless to anyone who ignores the 
insulting commentary and tries to use the link.

Is it really that hard to put a page at that location and have it redirect to 
the location of actually useful information, as opposed to having it go nowhere 
like it does now?

Also note that anyone who is motivated enough to search here and find this 
issue *still* has no idea where to go, since there's a notable lack of 
information presented in this issue. It would be quite "cool" if the resolution 
of this JIRA issue pointed at where the missing documentation actually resides.
