This one should be similar to suggested fix in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XERCESJ-1655 but in Java that is ported
from C/C++. The original issue is a problem handling high/low surrogates with
reader in my case. After the fix we've not faced the errors with unicode
parsing for 2 years.
