rleigh-codelibre opened a new pull request #1: Add gitattributes and gitignore files URL: https://github.com/apache/xerces-c/pull/1 - gitattributes defines line ending conventions so that cross-platform development doesn't arbitrarily change the line ending style under source control, resulting in whole-file diffs and conflicts - gitignore ignores all generated files for Autotools, CMake and build systems make, ninja, nmake and msbuild I'll add some additional text files before proposing this be reviewed and merged.
