Well, it is closer to psuedo-code than C++ is.  That's good enough for me.

http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-list/2006-August/357319.html is
a good example of how baffling C++'s STL looks compared to the rough
equivalent in Python.  (I'm ignoring the speed comparison.)

I've played with IronPython but haven't found a use for it yet.

I thought it was interesting that Microsoft put their name to it.
