Whether it be Google,Yahoo!, live, ask, or any other search engine.
The users have to first search in the internet using any search engines and
come to the list.
I think guys who post these kind of questions, who never searches on internet
nor
do some homework, gives us an opinion that they are naive users of either
computers or programming itself.
The solution to these problems was once highlighted by me to the list admins.
The solution was to -
* write list rules and mail the list rules once in a month to
(new|each|sleeping) users of this list or
* write an FAQ, place it in the group docs and inform each user about this.
In my opinion, first would be better to tackle these problems rather than
writing and wasting time in second one.
But, there was no constructive decision made. Moreover, we are facing these
problems more everyday, since the list is growing.
