Don't worry, friend. Once you learn a bit more I'm sure you will make  
really elegant and efficient code.

Actually I'd like to apologise too, because my advice about your test  
assumes that you will only get correct times as input. If not, the  
added minutes can be up to 198. Instead of testing for each minute  
you could perhaps integer divide the minutes by 60, add the result to  
the hours, and then subtract it, multiplied by 60 again, from the  
minutes variable, giving you the correct minutes. But there are many  
ways to do this. The point is to find something that works. And your  
tests do.
