If the author wants to give away their book in e-book form for free,
they will publish that information on their website. Every
self-respecting book author has a website for their book. When in
doubt, ask the author or just don't download/view. Safe C++ Design
Principles is not free except for members of c-prog - but I'm the
author, so I can say what the rules are.
