[c-prog] MFC: how to get details of all current processes/ reading Task Mgr

hi everybody,
i need help on reading the Task Manager in WINDOWS platform, using 
MFC/VC++ 6.0. 

mainly i need getting the MEMORY USAGE and CPU utilisation of all the 
processes current running on the machine, and that i m not able to 
find.
