As active as this one? Goooood luck... those languages aren't used as
much in the mainstream programming industry these days, so the
community for them is going to be much smaller. You can probably find
newsgroups on USENET, and a search here on Yahoo Groups will probably
yield some lists, but don't expect them to be heavy traffic lists.
