Interesting.  The help file doesn't match up with what is part of the 
compiler.

VC++ 2005 Express does NOT include ATL/MFC.  You have to have at least 
VC++ 2005 Standard (IIRC) to get ATL/MFC support (VC++ 2005 Professional 
definitely has ATL/MFC support).
