I don't trust anyone to properly implement my (very unique) style but 
me, myself, and I.  I go through all source code with a fine-tooth comb 
and beat it into submission (or, in most cases, just re-write it).  BUT 
if I had to pick a beautifier, astyle (Artistic Style) would be near the 
top of my list.

Although, I would probably couple whatever tool I chose with:

There's a GUI wrapper these days for just about every command-line tool. 
  Scary, huh?  There goes the neighborhood.
