I don't trust anyone to properly implement my (very unique) style but me, myself, and I. I go through all source code with a fine-tooth comb and beat it into submission (or, in most cases, just re-write it). BUT if I had to pick a beautifier, astyle (Artistic Style) would be near the top of my list. Although, I would probably couple whatever tool I chose with: http://universalindent.sourceforge.net/ There's a GUI wrapper these days for just about every command-line tool. Scary, huh?
