First question is: what OS? Next question is: what communication means do you use between visitor terminal and user terminal? All other questions will come up later. And one remark: please never ever tell that you "EXPECT" a reply from us. You don't pay us to give you any advice; such less-than-optimal wording can lead to people feeling insulted and delete your message though they might be able to give you good advice. The word EXPECT in English implicitly means that you are in the position to EXPECT a reply; however, you are asking us for help which is a completely different situation. Regards, Nico
