[c-prog] embedded visual C++ to visual studio conversion

I've tried to import a project from eVC++ (ver 4. for CE)to Visual 
Studio 2005 but it wont convert does anyone have any ideas (oh BTW it 
doesn't work the other way either. Both microsoft..
