AutoCAD drawings and MS-Paint files are two totally different things: 1. AutoCAD dwg files are databases and you can manipulate AutoCAD and its files by means of ArxObject (http://arxdummies.blogspot.com/ is a good starting point) 2. MS-Paint is a basic bitmaps/picture drawing application, to maipulate these file you have to refer to the picture file type (i.e. bmp, jpg, gif, ...) there are tons of tutorials out in the net (www.codeproject.com is one of my favorites)

How do I find out how to use a C++ program to manipulate graphic images? (or
is
that
possible???). I have heard a rumor of students using it to manipulate imahes
in
their autoCAD
or MS Paint programs.... HOw do they do that if it is true.
