In Turbo Pascal (as it was a MS-DOS compiler and never meant for Windows programming) you cannot and will never find winsock.h and windows.h . Get a decent recent compiler; for example, look in the Links section of this group. Port scanner code... what sort of port scanner? IP ports? Parallel ports? USB ports? Serial ports?
