I don't like to argue, just a few points:
- your message didn't say that you'll just advise using a proprietary
application (one might think you'd give some useful code snippets,
this is a programming board after all)
<rant>- LOC tells nothing to me about the complexity and the quality
of an application. You can write the same app in 1000 lines and in 10
lines, and it doesn't mean that the 1000 line solution is worth
more.</rant>
- I don't use Windows so I couldn't test your application. However, a
quick search revealed that there are a myriad of free applications
that do just the same, see:

I'm sorry if I was a bit harsh, I'd just like to see the group focus
on C and C++ problems and not things like this.
