Woah! That's over the line. Don't tell group members to shut their mouths. That's my job (as I'm the group owner) if it becomes necessary. Tamas is one of the regulars of this group who I rely on to help other people. As to line counting (and other metrics), there are so many tools out there (plenty are free - a few of the better ones are open source) that the marketplace is flooded with choices. Since this is a programming group with most people being students on limited budgets, you would have to pick a freeware/open source tool and provide LOTS of screenshots and a more lengthy article on why it is important to use such a tool, etc. That is, if you want to appeal to the group. Otherwise, expect to receive quite a bit of flak. -- Thomas Hruska CubicleSoft President Ph: 517-803-4197 *NEW* MyTaskFocus 1.1 Get on task. Stay on task. http://www.CubicleSoft.com/MyTaskFocus/
