The past is, um, the past.  Can't really change that unless you've 
figured out how to bend space and time.  Which would be completely cool. 
  In a geeky, Star Trek sort of way.

I think 'a' or 'b' is really a judgment call.  If all the replies are 
going to be "we don't do your homework for you", then the only point to 
let it through would be if a person is a "repeat offender" so they can 
see that it isn't just the moderators that think that way.
