Hi, this is my first post on this forum (i'm a
member for a while)
I see you quite similar to me when I take a course on C Programming.

Here is my suggest:

If your application you would like to apply is not totally on
very low level such as writing C program
for a microchip (as far as I know)
and would like to have a tool to create an application or solve
problems,
almost of your goals is better to move to learning C++.
OO!! you said you don't like a book ? Sorry but I feel that you just
want a new friend. But when you really want to learn C++
by your self, here, I recommend (these books very carefull)
"C++ in action" if you are really a
fast learner (no matter you had know anything on programming)
or "C++ Primmer(addison welsey)" if you are just to begin on
programming from zero or "Accelerated C++" if you have some
background on C.

So just change your mind to keep help yourself first and
enjoy reading. This is the recommend I received from too :)
