GetMenu()?

At this point, anything you do is going to be pretty dangerous.  And I'm 
not sure how you plan on disabling the accelerators (e.g Ctrl-S == Save 
file).  Deleting menu items out from under an application that expects 
those items to exist is a great way to cause the target application to 
crash.  Be careful.
