However, Visual C++ 2005 Express is free.  It has the VC 2005 compiler, 
IDE, _and_ debugger...all of which are superior to TC.  Dev-C++ is 
another free compiler (open source), IDE, debugger combo.  However, VC 
has the better debugger.
