[c-prog] frustration with Windows Vista.....

I have a difficulty in C Compilers when using Windows Vista. Vista did
not run the compiler that using gcc -c (in command prompt) to compile
the c program. I have installed (dev c++ from bloodshed And MinGW).
when I used borland turbo C, I cannot make an header file. Is there
any one who can help me ???.
