your problem is here
for(c=1;c<=o; s++)
c and o are global variable which are equal to 1. i am not quite sure what you
want to do.
1. s is not initialized
2. c= 1 and o =1 then c = o always equal to each other.
2. there is no limit to exit the loop that's why s++ keeps incrementing
3. or maybe be missing one brace sign, maybe it should look like this:
for(c=1;c<=o; s++)
{ // missing brace
printf("c");
printf("\n") ;
o=o+2;
}
