[c-prog] How to read all files (.h) files in a folder then proceed to another folder

Hi,

Anyone has any idea how to read all files in a folder then continue 
reading til all the files has been read. After that, proceed to another 
folder and repeat the same thing til all the files in a few specific 
folder is finished being read.
