[c-prog] how to read cookie on vista Firefox and IE

Hi All;
  Morning. 
  those days,  we have test  Cokkie, Using FF and IE6,7. but we found FF and IE 
on vista  the forlder  different PC  have diferent  folder
   
   
  how  to catch  this  forlder and  my want cookie
