There's an implied requirement surely?

----8<---------------
C99 Draft (18 January, 1999):
7.20 General utilities <stdlib.h>
[...]
#3: The macros defined are [...] EXIT_FAILURE and EXIT_SUCCESS which
expand to integer constant expressions that may be used as the
argument to the exit function to return unsuccessful or successful
termination status, respectively, to the host environment;
----8<---------------

In order to indicate both unsuccessful or successful, surely they need
to be different? (Unless that clause has been removed in later
versions of The Standard?)
