hello;
you just need to capture the signal on the server. if it's connecting it 
shouldn't matter, though it's safer to do both.
when you capture the signal, in the function just close the socket and free 
resources, etc, and your set.
you might also want to end the threads, and let them terminate the client 
sockets.
