The index program implements a glossary of c++ terms.Theuser should be able to
interact with this glossary by typing terms. If the term exists in the
glossary, the program displays its definition. On the other hand, if the term
cannat be didentified, the program suggest a list of similar terms. The user
should then be able to type anthor term (possibly from the similar term list)
and continue with the interaction. The program finishes when the user types the
string 'finish'.
