Dear All, I am new to Image processing. I have a question. how to rotate an image with respect to the given points. Basically I want to rotate an image 240 x 400 (width x height) image with respect to (xcenter = 120,ycenter =200) point . Any algorithm or code will be very helpful. If any algorithm which uses getpixcel and setpixcel will be highly helpful.
