Yep, just create an empty workspace, using the New->Project->Standard
Make C++ Project wizard and it will slurp in your code and will even
use the makefile you have (instead of using it's own internal builds).

I'm not sure... If you have a folder (directory) of stuff you can add
existing folders to a project. I don't know if you can do that with
individual files, it wants to create one from scratch.
